Jadbaj.biz ("jadbaj", "we", "us") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jadbaj and its users ("you", "member").

You must be at least 18 years of age to use jadbaj's services. Use of jadbaj by minors is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to close any such account at any time.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only create one jadbaj account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended and the balance may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Opening an account with false details is a violation of jadbaj's Terms and Conditions.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, contact jadbaj support immediately.
• Verification of the email address and phone number provided at registration is mandatory.

KYC Verification

Jadbaj may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing a withdrawal or when certain limits are exceeded. This may involve submitting a copy of your national ID or passport along with proof of address. All submitted information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

All bets placed on jadbaj are considered final — once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, jadbaj reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, jadbaj may void the affected bet.
• If evidence of match-fixing or any other irregularity is found, the relevant bets will be voided.
• In live betting, any bet placed after the outcome of an event has already been determined will be considered void.

Odds & Payouts

All odds on jadbaj are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are calculated based on the odds shown at the time the bet was confirmed. jadbaj reserves the right to set maximum payout limits, which may vary by event or betting market.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits on jadbaj can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted. The name on the deposit must match the account holder's name.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts (over ৳50,000).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification has been completed.

Jadbaj offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• Accepting a bonus generally requires meeting wagering requirements. The specific wagering conditions are stated separately for each bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Maximum bet limits apply when using bonus funds — typically ৳500 per bet.
• Wagering must be completed before the promotion expires, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Jadbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jadbaj reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, forfeit the bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jadbaj. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Arbitrage betting or any attempt to systematically manipulate odds.
• Attempting to access jadbaj systems through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized means.
• Using jadbaj for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Copying, scraping, or distributing jadbaj's software or database without authorization.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.

Jadbaj takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to all users on our platform:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Taking a cooling-off (break) period on your account for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion – the option to close your own account.
• Viewing betting history and spending statistics.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded, though bonus funds may be excluded.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting support. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

Jadbaj reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of jadbaj after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
